HOLIDAY CLUB – D’AUVERGNE SCHOOL
Please provide your child with the following items on the day:
- packed lunch
- a morning and afternoon snack
- water bottle – we will refill this during the day as needed
- warmer weather – please provide a named bottle of suncream and sun hat for your child. During the warmer months, please apply suncream before your child comes in, we will help them reapply later in the day as needed.
- colder/wetter weather – please provide your child with wellie boots and a waterproof jacket.
- change of clothes – including spare underwear. All children are required to bring in at least 1 change of clothes, as we do have some ‘messy’ play available e.g. mud kitchen, forest school and our creek area.
Children are not allowed to bring in any electronic devices including mobile phones and tablets. If they need a phone with them as they are walking to the club or home afterwards, please email the office or speak to the Team Leader on the day so we can chat with you about safe storage of the phone during the day.
Children are welcome to bring in small toys if they wish, but please be aware that The Tamariki Club does not take any responsibility for these toys during the day if they are lost or damaged. We have a fabulous range of toys and resources for all children, so we would advise leaving toys at home if possible to save any potential upset at the end of the day.
ALL items must be labelled so your child is able to organise their belongings – and so we can arrange to return things to you if they are left behind.
