How do I make a booking?
Bookings are all done using our online booking form via our website.
Do I have to book a full week?
Yes, we are not able to process individual days or part week bookings.
What age can my child attend the holiday club?
Our club is registered for primary school aged children. What this means, is that children must be aged at least 4 years when they attend the club, and also be at school in Reception. However as an exception, we are able to take bookings for children who are still in Nursery, and are aged 4, just for the Summer holiday club when they are due to move up to their Reception class.
When do I need to pay for my booking?
You will be emailed this information when your account is first sent out to you. You either pay your account in full within 14 days of receipt of your invoice, or make the 1st payment of a agreed monthly payment plan within 14 days of receipt of your invoice.
How do I pay for my booking?
All of the payment options are listed at the end of your account that we will email out to you. Our preferred method of payment is internet banking.
Do I need to provide any food or snacks for my child?
Please refer to the ‘Getting Ready‘ page on this website which gives you a list of suggested things for you to send in with your child, including food and drink.

Am I entitled to a tax certificate for my annual tax return?
Yes, as we are a registered club we can provide this for you. Please email us to ask for a certificate at the end of the calendar year. Once you have received a tax certificate from us, you will automatically receive a tax certificate each year so there is no need to ask every year after that. The certificates are issued towards the end of January, and are completed once a year after the year end.
