Bookings are made using this online booking form.
Responsibility for the details of bookings and payment lies with the person making the initial booking. If the session you require is fully booked, you will be placed on a waiting list. In the event of a space becoming available, The Tamariki Club will contact you.
Payment is due on receipt of your booking invoice and a minimum of 7 days’ in advance. Our online banking details are on the lower section of our invoices for your reference.
Please note for the after school club, a late pick up will result in a £20 charge on your account for that day’s session. This is to cover costs for 2 staff working overtime after the session has ended.

Changing or Cancelling a Booking
- 7 days’ notice is required for cancellation and refund of a confirmed place at any session. No refund will be given with less than 7 days’ notice – this includes sickness.
Our session times and costs are here. Please note fees have been reviewed on 30th June 2022, they were last reviewed September 2020.
If you have more than 1 child, just use the one copy of the form to supply us with both children’s details.
If you do NOT receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes of completing the booking form, then your form may not have been submitted successfully. Please contact us at info@tamarikiclub.com to check if your form has been received.
ALL boxes must be completed on the form with at least 1 character – use N/A or a dash if you have no information to type in the box. If you leave boxes blank, your form will NOT be submitted successfully.
